Mastery Meditation - the tool to effortless transformation.

As more and more studies are confirming, wellbeing or the state of being at ease within and without, is multidimensional. Meditative states have physical, mental, and energetic correlates in the individual. Most people lose their ability to perform or make things happen simply because they are split - between what they are and what they can or want to be. The incapacity to rise and meet the challenge leaves them feeing unfulfilled and dis-eased. The Mastery Meditation was created by enlightened Master Dhyan Vimal specifically to deal with the whole individual. It is designed to slowly change the biology of the brain and the body to house an integrated self that can create a world that is right for it without violating others.

Like the title suggests the meditation leads you to be a Master of yourself and your environment, effortlessly.  When you do the meditation consistently, the right alignment of your life requires no effort from you. But doing the meditation and keeping yourself in your own remembrance requires an initial effort.

The evening of the meditation has three parts. First, we will do a centering meditation called the Master’s Breath for 10 minutes then, we listen to a talk by Master Dhyan Vimal for half an hour and lastly, the Mastery Meditation is held for an hour. The first half hour of the Mastery Meditation consists of engaging the mental, energetic and spiritual bodies and the last half consists of integrating the realizations you come to in the first half through celebration.

The mediation takes place at at The Dance Centre in Birmingham Room on the third Floor. When arriving sign in at the front desk. Then take the elevator to the third floor to the second room at the end of the hall way.
